Chosen Solution Hello,I have an HP Elite book and The battery does not work as usual I need to keep the charger connected to the PC or it will turn off if your battery is not charging on HP laptops, before replacing parts and get your electronic weapons out… try to disconnect all cables, remove battery, press power button for 15-20 seconds, it will flush the “battery memory”, plug everything back and power on, …charging and working :)...

Chosen Solution They have a top and bottom motherboard. Are functions , such as wireless , like on 1697, specific to one motherboard? If can’t get controller to connect wirelessly which motherboard needs to be replaced? If it is a top loader then usually there are 4 suspension rods that support the drum and keep it stable during operation. If it is a front loader there is also a suspension arm as well that helps support the drum. You need to check if they’re OK
