Chosen Solution I dropped my phone and now has intermittent vertical lines across the screen. If you tap the back of the phone, horizontal lines will appear. Sometimes mirroring words/images below and eventually disappear Sounds like a broken LCD to me. Replace the screen and see how that goes.

Chosen Solution With a fresh battery and fresh SD card the camera will shut off moments after starting to record a video and say “charge the battery” I turn it back on and the battery is full. This is such a frustrating issue and I dont want to spend hundreds to send it to cannon when the fix might be simple. Mine was a 2013 model which would run the batteries dead when not in use....
Chosen Solution I think my vibrate switch is loose as the iPhone keeps vibrating in my pocket and when I just touch the switch lightly. Unless anyone knows what the cause is. I just fixed my phone. I noticed the switch was over traveling by about .01 inches and going back into ringer on when it should be in vibrate only. I cut a thin piece of paper and tucked it in the switch slot....
Chosen Solution I recently replaced the original hard drive with a solid state unit. Since then, the cooling fan begins at low speed as usual, but very quickly reaches maximum speed and remains at that speed until I restart the computer. Prior to the new hard drive, the fan never went past low speed. I don’t recommend software solutions as they’ve been shown to not be as good and people tend to misuse them killing their system....

Go to settings, and you should find buttons for calibrating the screen using a stylus, and one for calibrating the circle pad, the circle pad is the one you want. it should be somewhere near where date and time is. If the stick moves on its own (the physical part, then I recommend opening it using an ifixit guide, and looking at the circle pad to see if it is dirty, and if it is, then take it out and clean it....

It was working before and I had to open it up again to replace the charging port but after completing the repair the home button doesn’t work nor is detected by the iPhone. You probably opened up the phone too much before detaching the screen cables. This is a known issue for iPhone 7, the screen cables cannot sustain ANY tension, you probably tore it....

Chosen Solution While wearing my oculus, it goes black every 30 seconds or so, and I have to physically take it off my head and put it back on for it to come back on. I’m gonna add to this post for any passers by, since this is an older thread. This is a software bug I’ve experienced before. Just like graphics drivers on High-end computers not liking to be stacked with updates, the early software versions for the Oculus Quest also doesn’t like it, and it tends to get internal parts of the software corrupted....

Chosen Solution Please help. Like an idiot, I left me Samsung S5 Active in the sun for about 10 minutes this past Sunday. This extended tanning experience seems to have fried it. When I realized it was overheated, the phone had shut off. When I powered it back on, it cycled through the Samsung intro onto the AT&T intro and then went black. After about 5 seconds of black, it would start this process again…Samsung…AT&T…Black....
Chosen Solution My duoduogo tablet is saying over voltage when it is not connected to a charger no idea why this is happening. @shaz89 this “when it is not connected to a charger” would prompt me to replace the battery first. You may have a failed smart battery that is sending a wrong message to your tablet. Since your Tablet is a bit off-brand we cannot give you detailed instructions on how to get to the battery....
