Chosen Solution i cant get any WIFI on my brother printer MFC-6490CW Might possible your Wi-Fi network is set in hidden mode. You can use WPS feature to connect your printer on Wi-Fi. Even go to manually wireless connection option from printer settings and enter your wireless name and password then connect. Manual connection also works on hidden wifi network. If you have tried the test page and it has printed out fine, but are still having issues you could be dealing with a connection issue....

Chosen Solution I have a direct drive washing machine (Roper RAS8445KQ0). It is stopping in the middle of the wash cycle and we smell a distinct burning electricity smell. The motor has been replaced, both the pump and the shaft on the gearcase turn freely by hand, and the pump is doesn’t have anything in it that I can see. I filled the basket with no clothes in it and it operated thru a wash cycle no problem....

Chosen Solution my lockscreen is not rotating even the screen rotation is active. Homscreen rotation works fine but when I lock the device its screen orientation always sets to default(portrait mode) I am unable to set it in landscape mode. Checked Display, Power Saving & Lock Screen settings but unable to solve the issue. Please Help. The default is portrait mode. Without a 3rd party app you won’t be able to do it in Landscape without rooting the device....

Chosen Solution I fear my phone may have been slightly water damaged after seeing that it was wet caused from a bottle leak in my bag. I initially noticed two faint lines across the screen but nothing else, the phone worked perfectly for the rest of the day. I put the phone on charge when i went to bed and it was still working when I woke up, I was using it for about 30 minutes then suddenly the screen went dark, and then completely off....

Chosen Solution I have trouble codes showing that the O2 sensor are bad and also my engine ignition fuse has blown out twice and want to know if there is a diagram that can show me where all the sensors are located so I can also see if there is any loose wires. @noobguru there is one O2 sensor in each exhaust manifold and one after each catalyst for a total of four....

Chosen Solution my Epson printer stopped printing in the middle of a document and now will no longer print. The queue is empty, I have replaced the ink, I have run all the tests (which won’t print out), rebooted, called it names, nothing will work. The document is sent to the printer and the printer acts like it’s printing but the paper comes out either blank or with little tiny light marks on it....

Chosen Solution I dropped my phone on the floor face flat (it had a screen protector on) by accident and there were no screen cracks, but when I opened my front camera on the screen I see a black line on the corner of the screen. It’s small but when I zoom in it’s gone and the back camera is perfectly fine. Is the front camera actually damaged or is it just the screen protector obstructing the lens?...

Chosen Solution Vertical lines on my screen Could be a damaged hdmi cable. Could be a damaged hdmi port. Maybe the DLP chip, but highly doubted. Have you tried another hdmi cable? if so, are you able to send me pics of what the hdmi port looks like from the inside?

Chosen Solution When I pick up my laptop from the left side near the shift and caps lock key the screen displays lines and then the keyboard and trackpad become unresponsive and then it restarts. I replaced my HDD with an SSD last year from iFixit. I went to the Apple Store and the technician told me that an SSD is NOT compatible with my model of MB Pro and should not be used it although iFixit’s website clearly says it....

Chosen Solution Yesterday my phone was in between my bed and wall while i was watching tv (for about an hour). When i picked up my phone the apple logo was there, then the screen went black. The apple logo appeared again, then black again, did this at least 10 times. Then i got fed up with it and kept pressing and holding the power button over and over again. Chosen Solution When ever I tun my switch on it has a solid color screen sometimes its blue purple or even black and it doesnt output HDMI. please help me solve this issue, it would be greatly appreciated. Seems like the switch is dead, or just has a broken chip, from the details given, I would check the video chips and the LCD before you replace it.
