You can also do an engine test which will tell if your DC Controller board is okay....

Chosen Solution It blinks three times i think its a standby isseus @piranhas the 3 blinks from the yellow light refer to the SEINE booting. There are issues with your digital board. You would have to start by measuring the voltages going to the digital board. Check the voltages on connector CN90. It may help if you post some good pictures of your boards with your question so that we can see what you see....

I followed the instructions for the amount of oil, and it appears that I had too much oil. i drained the oil, changed spark plug, fuel filter, and the carburetor. Well it sounds like some kind of hardware has gone bad, remove the HDD and retry, then remove 1 RAM module and retry, if still the same the remove the other RAM module and replace the one you just removed, and keep going with parts that you can take off the motherboard, might try to remove the CMOS battery and try to boot and see if there is a change, let us know if you try any of these options and update us if anything helps
Chosen Solution it keeps rebooting After every 3minutes and after some time it gets stable but I will keep on restarting. the battery level either increases or reduces. it doesn’t get hot btit just keeps restarting Yes, one of the resistors near the battery cable had fallen off the circuit board. It had to be sent away and to be resoldered. It sounds like you’re stuck in a boot loop. One way to TEMPORARILY get out of this is to hold down the “+” volume button on your iPhone as soon as you see the apple logo appear....
