Chosen Solution Green light saying fully charged when My jump starter is plugged in but its dead..will not charge If you don’t keep those things fully charged at all times they won’t take a charge after a while. Also if you don’t fully charge it before first use it can really hurt the internal battery. Hope that helps. I’m in same predicament with mine.
