Chosen Solution late 2012 Imac 27” screen black. after 1min 20sec. i get a grey column in the center with 2 blue vertical line in a center of the screen. is this a faulty Graphic card or screen damage? To figure this out you’ll need to connect an external monitor to see if the image looks OK on it. I’m suspecting you have a bad display, but your symptoms also could be a bad logic board....

Chosen Solution While I’m on ear phones I can hear them but they can’t hear me Check your microphone holes. A lot of times they get filled with dirt in your pocket. You can usually clean these with a small toothpick or needle just don’t push down too hard. If this doesn’t work, then probably a hardware issue.

Chosen Solution i just bought this refurbished dell laptop and it gets hot when doing a lot of tasks, it’s based temperature is above normal, and extremely hot when playing light games it get so hot that it hurts to touch, I’ve checked online and people seem to have experienced the same issues, they say it’s two things Vpro and intel MT, that to stop it you need to disable them both or do a clean install of windows yourself and not install them and i’m not sure how to do that, and the problem is i haven’t found a place that states how to disable Vpro or intel MT if it’s even possible, I don’t want to do a clean install of windows as i already have things installed and don’t want to lose them for something that isn’t guaranteed, aside for this the laptops run very well, even when extremely hot, it hasn’t shut down on me yet, though it’s too early to say it won’t later and i don’t want to risk using it like this only for it to ruin the internals, i don’t believe it is that the fan or that the thermal paste is bad, because i have seen people who said they have done all that and it still over heats, i think it’s a software problem, i’m just not sure how to go about solving it....

Chosen Solution Tablet is frozen and switching to guest is on screen I’m not sure if you already solved the problem or not but I had a the same problem and all you have to do is go to the back of you tablet and look for the little “reset” hole and get something thin enough to go through it. When you find something ( recommend a toothpick or a led pencil but be careful the led might break) insert it in the hole and push gently until you hear a click....

Chosen Solution Every time I rotate the camera it feels like its rubbing against something or does not move at all. how do I fix this? By the sound of it, the camera itself is either out of place or a piece is broken. You can remove the back cover of the device to get access to the camera. After inspection, if no issues with the plastic of the camera seems to be present try to realign the camera within the device covers....
