If it is (or even if you can’t tell), try using a vacuum cleaner to see if you can clear the obstruction. DO NOT use a pin or probe to try and clear it as you may damage the microphone which is directly behind the inlet....

Opened the package and I could tell instantly the screen was not new. I hooked it up and as expected it has a crack in the upper corner and lines through it. I ordered a replacement drive and installed it on Thursday 16th (two days after system software 7.5). The new drive just didn’t accept discs any longer. I have checked the voltage lines, every voltage rail is present, when I press the button on the mother board fans spins, gpu and cpu get warm and everything shuts after approximately 5 seconds, but there is nothing on the diplay. If that checks all out, remove the back of your TV (after removing the power ) and check the point where the power cable connects to your power board. Plug it in and use a meter to test the voltage....

I descale the machine regularly. this machine has done about 2000 cups of coffee. when was the last time you cleaned it with Vinegar? but don’t use straight Vinegar i would say only about less that half and half 1 cup vin. to 3 cups water

Chosen Solution Just bought a 65" rca 4k tv model# rtu6549 and the screen occasionally goes black and I still have sound what could that be? @cm20228 could be a bad power board/LED backlight driver or a bad mainboard as well as a bad T-con board. You will have to go ahead and take a look at those. Of course, there is always a possibility of a bad firmware. Since you just bought this set, I’d contact the vendor and have it replaced/repaired under warranty....
