Chosen Solution This phone has the option to store information on the SD card or on the phone and I set the default disk to save on the SD card but instead is saving to the phone and I don’t have the option to transfer any apps from one to the other. Are you sure there is an SD card in the phone? Mine did not come with one installed. If you put one in try to format the storage within the phone and see if it will save to it then....

Chosen Solution When I take and view photos using the rear camera there are green lines which render the photos unusable. The phone does have water damage indicated by the sticker in the sim tray but the device still works fine. The front camera works perfectly though. Most likely the rear camera needs replacement. Chosen Solution I get “insufficient space” when I try to download or update apps. My SD Card has 28G free and internal has 2G free. SD card is default storage. most OS’s are larger than 2G if that’s what you’re trying to download. My bet is that the download feature is first storing to internal memory and then moving it to the SD card so your constraining factor is the 2G internal....
