Set the machine dial for maximum zigzag, take off the left side needle bar/bulb cover, take the needle bar in your hand & try to move it from side to side - spray some release oil onto the mechanisms and continue trying to move from side to side while rotating the hand wheel....

The sender and receiver LED lights are both flashing, but when I press the connect button on both devices nothing happens and they continue blinking after the 30 second connection period.
