Chosen Solution Need to remove, disable or replace SDD before returning a dead MacBook Pro 15” 2018-19. ( Model A1190). Where is the guide to see where the SSD drive is, what it looks like and how to access it? It is part of the logic board. You can’t access it independently.
Chosen Solution I unfortunately messed up my thermal paste reapplication by completely breaking the head off two of the Torx screws clamping the heatsink down to the CPU on reassembly, thinking it had to be tight for good thermal contact. This means pressure is no longer distributed evenly on the CPU as the remaining screws are both on one side and it will probably fry if I turn it on, which I don’t want to find out… Unfortunately I have looked everywhere and it seems replacements for these screws are low in demand and not really available apart from shipping them in from the US (I live in the UK) which is a last resort due to the ridiculous price....

Chosen Solution I just replaced the keyboard, and the screwdriver heads I used for taking out all the parts necessary for it, didn’t work for unscrewing the trackpad. Chosen Solution I replaced my screen about two weeks ago. I just noticed it was dying around 30%-40% a few days ago. I have read a lot of forums that say to power cycle it. Chosen Solution We have a whirlpool dryer older model. My husband has tested EVERYTHING for continuity, everything seems to check out fine and getting electricity. We just 2 weeks ago cleaned the venting system out because the dryer stopped working all together, we replaced the thermal fuse and it started working again. But Now it runs but doesn’t heat? We have pulled the motor out as well and that’s getting continuity as well....
