Headphones worked great and then one side started cutting out, I opened them up and the jack is encased in plastic and you can’t really see it’s insides. You should have whomever did the battery replacement open the computer up and check 2 things: a) is the battery swollen or pressing hard on part of the hard drive b) is the cable connected properly to the logic board, or is there damage to the keyboard’s cable....

Chosen Solution Try to access google playplaystore and it will not connect on your phone? what kinda phone? are you connected to wifi? try restarting your phone if its a phone. Check your router. Make sure wifi is reading on tablet If those 2 steps fail i would suggest repairing the wifi chip inside.

Chosen Solution Why does my tablet. say battery not charing If the battery is not charging, it may be due to some debris in the charging port of the device preventing the charger from charging the device which need to be removed. The charger may also be faulty. If the device’s charging port feels loose, it may need to be replaced because it has damage to it. Hope this helps!
