Chosen Solution So I’ve got an A1534 Macbook which boots to a white screen, it’s still working and on an external monitor you can still use it. I’ve already replaced the ribbon cable but to no avail. I was just wondering if anyone had any known fixes outside of replacing the entire display assembly? edit: the MacBook is broken in the first place as a result of it being closed when an earring was inside it (just at the back near the hinge) and apparently since then it hasn’t worked....

This camera has a feature to control the lighting. There is a small plastic piece that is positioned between a white and black arrow. The closer to the black arrow the darker the image. It worked fine before, it’s still on the same film when it worked. Your camera only has 2 true modes, Portrait and Landscape. Portrait, photo will fit more picture top to bottom. Chosen Solution The Samsung 60" LED TV UN60FH6003FXZA tv screen goes totally black and there is no picture @dougger sound and no picture is usually an issue with the main board. Make sure that you check all the inputs. disconnect everything from your TV (surrounds sound etc.) then just plug in one input (HDMI, Composite, Coax etc) and see what you get. If the drive passes diagnostics then you will need to run Windows Recovery, either from CD disk or download from Microsoft.com. Run Windows Recovery and see if it can repair the boot and system files....

Chosen Solution I have a strange, intermittent issue, where my car (auto) fails to shift gears within the first 5 minutes of driving, but only during specific conditions. When it fails, there is a lurch forward, and a Gearbox fault digital warning appears. The SERVICE lamp also turns on. All I have to do though is pull over, and restart the engine. None of the warnings come back on, and the car doesn’t experience a fault after that....
