For a long while my third brake light was out. I went into the trunk, found a broken wire to the third brake light and hooked up the two ends to test. Chosen Solution Hi, my wii keeps going to the remote control menu screen in the middle of playing a game. It is not me accidentally touching the home button on the remote. Chosen Solution I have been given a soda stream as a birthday gift which sprays water everywhere when you try and carbonate water. There is a small red/orange peg about 5mm long loose in the box, I’m wondering if this could be the culprit? I don’t have the receipt as it was a gift and the purchaser doesn’t’ either and doesn’t live in the same country as me. It seems a waste to chuck it but it’s of no use to us in its current state....

Chosen Solution I bought this Xbox off of Ebay, and there weren’t any warnings in the description of any problems. Unfortunately, i ran into one. I recently bought a brand new Battlefield 1 game, and I tried to play it. It didnt work. I ejected it and inserted it again to listen to it. The disc drive starts, then stops, for about 4 times until it gives up . I experimented with a xbox 360 disc, and the disc drive has no problem reading it and playing it....

THere is no warning and I have replace the alternator and mechanic can’t seem to find the issue as it is not happening on test drive. Carson Mould, check your power cable first. Make sure it is properly inserted and that you have power on the electrical outlet where it plugs into. If that works, you do want to take a multimeter and check the power switch and see if that works....
Chosen Solution When every i tilt my screen in a certain direction my display will change colors/slightly flicker. I have a feeling its a cable and apple said it would cost me $500 for them to fix it… Sounds like a display cable problem to me. Personally I would let Apple do this repair because these machines were not meant to be repaired by any one else but Apple Techs. However, if you are brave enough to do this yourself you can buy a new display cable below....

If your Blu-Ray disc drive is not responding at all, as you suggested, you may need to replace it, or at least disassemble the console to check the connections and the ribbon cables themselves between the motherboard and the drive itself....

Chosen Solution Everytime I plug the charger into my gamepad it only charges for a few seconds before it stops charging. The charger port on my gamepad is loose. Could this be the problem? It could be the problem. The first thing to do is to always replace the battery first, as it is the weakest link. Then, I would open up the housing to see the damage on the charging port....

Chosen Solution Hi, I replaced my screen and followed instructions. All parts were connected as they should. I did the RAM reset, SMC reset, safety mode, etc and still white. I connected it to an external monitor through hdmi and it shows on there. Tried repairing the hard drive and didn’t help.
