In the report, compare the Design Capacity value versus the Full Charge Capacity value. For a good battery they will nearly be the same value. Chosen Solution The device is not allowing me to do any copying when it’s saying front cover open but it’s closed. It may be that a plastic tab on the frint cover, that is used to,operate a switch that indicates the cover is closed, has broken off. Or a magnet used for the same function has dislodgeg. Have a close look if you can notice anything to this effect.

Chosen Solution The iPhone was dropped and now there are 5 vertical white lines on the right side of the screen. Where the white lines are the screen is unresponsive. However, when I diconnect and reconnect the screen I can sometimes manage to get the lines to switch to the left side and then that side becomes unresponsive.
