Chosen Solution I’m trying to remove the speaker covers on my HTC One M8. I heated an iOpener for 60 seconds and then let it sit on the speaker cover for 90 seconds. I then tried to remove the cover with a plastic opening tool but it wouldn’t come out. What am I doing wrong? Nothing you’re doing wrong, they’re just stubborn. I used a hair dryer on mine, the glue eventually softened up enough....

I have tried using a Nokia Lumia charger but still the same problem is there. What had helped immensely for me when I had the same problem with this same phone was: just getting a new charging cord that clips into the charging inlet of the phone :)

Built into the main Pcb board. No separate. You can tell if there’s two lvds cables going from the main board to the panel directly that indicates that the t-con function is built into the main PCB board Hi @rbutch If your TV has a T-CONN board it will connect the panel cables and main input board together towards the bottom of the unit....
