Hi, If you can’t get dial tone to make an outgoing call and incoming calls are going straight to messagebank (voicemail?) try disconnecting the base station from the telephone socket and then call the phone number from another phone, e.g. a mobile phone If the call still goes to messagebank there may be a fault on the line or in the telephone exchange that will prevent you getting dial tone for outgoing calls and indicates that the line is busy and incoming calls are being redirected to messagebank....

Rahman The simplest way is to install an app called Pie control (available at the play store) install that and it allows you to move the soft keys on the screen, mine is on the bottom right, touch the screen and a quarter pie appears with the soft keys in it press whichever one one you want, works great, but it does seem to be an issue with the digitizer as the soft keys work in landscape mode on the right....

Remove the back cover from your TV and (unplug your TV of course) check the power board for any obvious damage, like missing or burned components. Chosen Solution I am having problems with my MacBook Pro powering up. After getting it to power up long enough to see the battery indicator show “replace battery” I ordered a new battery from IFIXIT and replaced the battery along with upgrading the RAM from 4gb to 8gb. I then attempted to power the computer and it would come on and then within seconds go back off. I contacted Apple and they recommended resetting the SMC which I do with no luck....

BIOS is inaccessible but maybe if I take out the battery it will reset the CMOS? Or is there another way to reset it? The user’s manual says that the battery only lasts up to 2 hours on a 6 hour charge. If travelling in the car, it may be worth buying an adapter to use it for long trips....
