Chosen Solution There was a power outage today and now the tv wont turn on not even the red light and tried disconnecting and everything, nothing happened , other tv is working as normal how to fix it? Tv less than a year old and samsung says it might not cover since it was an outage. @foxcell, Don’t know the TV but if the TV’s power board “board” number is BN44-00876D, verify that the fuse specifications say T4AH 250V....

Chosen Solution I have new mi max phone from last month. from first day its takes too much time to awake from sleep mode. i have to press power button Manny times to awake the phone from sleep mode and when its awake from sleep mode its screen blinks frequently for 20 to 30 second.. i don’t know what to do with it. i updated all the apps and its miui software recently....

Chosen Solution where is located teh CMOS internal battery? The CMOS (RTC) battery is on the back side of the motherboard. It is connected electrically by a 2 pin connector & stuck to the MB with some sticky stuff. It is a 2.4v, 15ma battery & can be found in “new” condition on EBAY for $5-$6. You need to disamble your laptop and look on your motherboard you will able to see cmos battery on your laptop....

Chosen Solution I am trying to improve WiFi signal reception with an alternate mounting location. Any information on location/orientation of antenna would be helpful. Sadly you really can’t alter the Ring unit, but there is a way to solve this! You’ll need another WiFi AP near the door inside. A WiFi extender unit or a Mesh WiFi Router setup which can also extend your signal area into other parts of your home....

Chosen Solution Well my Kindle Fire finally took it’s last breath today & I took it to a tech repair store to see if I can get the memory on it moved over to a new Kindle Fire. They told me they could swap my old motherboard out & into the new Fire, but they also told me if it was a problem with the motherboard then it wouldn’t even be worth it because it would cost me around $500 to find the SD card on the motherboard & to copy it over or something like that....

Chosen Solution What can I do about pink screen? This is usually due to a loose LCD cable, or there’s damage to the internal wires a lot of the time, but sometimes it can be due to a bad LCD. I would try reseating the display connector on the inside of the LCD assembly first and try that since that’s usually where the issue lies since they tend to secure the board connector well enough it tends to be properly connected....

Try to disable or uninstall those. If that does not work you want to back up all of your personal files like pictures, music etc....

Chosen Solution When try to log in on a particular website I get error 127.0.0.1 how can I fix this ? Alan Pelletier since it is only for a particular site, the error code seems to be an issue with local connection (most likely a Firewall issues) and not a Kindle issue. You may need to check your network settings.

I really love this laptop, however, lately the fans have been coming on when the vents are not being covered, the laptop is not overheating and it is not being overworked. Chosen Solution My dishwasher intermittently drains during its cycles , if I empty the water from the dishwasher by hand and then continue with the cycle it finishes the programme. It can then run further cycles for a couple of days fine, but then once again will not drain. The pump has been tested with a multi meter and is reading fine. There are no blockages in pipe work and the filters etc are clean all of this has been checked....

Chosen Solution My Black and decker classic iron won’t power on when plugged in. When I shake the power cord it comes on temporarily. @nugi_1 , Nugi , I think it sounds like you have a bad power cord(wires broken) from flexing and heat, very commonly found on iron cords. Chosen Solution Every time I press “channel up" it jumps to channel 700 (radio) regardless of what channel I start on. If I continue pressing it after that, it scans up as normal, until it reaches the first TV channel, and then it goes back to channel 70/ again. Most times if your battery is bad the device won’t work unless its plugged in. If you have tried a new battery and that doesn’t work and the device has been water damaged there may be some corrosion in the device that needs to be cleaned....
