Chosen Solution My printer prints perfectly clear faxes, prints, but the copy and fax sending are completely black. The glass is clean and there are no jammed pieces to be seen. Any clues? Hi @aalleexx , The problem might be caused by a faulty scanner unit (aka Contact Image Sensor CIS) or the power to the scanner unit. Copying and scanning are performed by the same scanner unit. The difference is that usually with copying it is printed straight away but with faxes and scanning, the “scanned” information from the document that is fed into the Document Feeder, can be stored in the printer and retrieved later....

Chosen Solution My indicator light stays off and the brush roll doesn’t function. I removed the roll and disassembled it. No blockages, everything clean, wires are good, position switch working properly. Performed wiring checks, beyond possible high resistance through the circuit board no issues noted. Can find no information on how much voltage should be being supplied to the brush roll. Or what proper resistance readings should be. Checked voltage at where the brush roll connects to the base....

Chosen Solution They constantly disconnect from my samsung galaxy phone, when I’m in the middle of listening. I have tried cleaning them, charging them and resetting them, and it hasn’t helped. Chosen Solution The touchscreen does not work at all Thomas Mathis you did not tell us if it ever worked and if anything happened prior to it no longer working. The first steps if your touchscreen stopped working is to A: Reset your Chromebook hardware and B: to reset your Chromebook to factory settings. Let us know what you have tried.

Chosen Solution When searching for the right battery for my MacBook Air, I came up with two different models. A1369 printed on case and A1405 inside printed at bottom of battery. Is there a difference to which model to follow to get the right battery? Go for the A1405. That code is unique to the battery, and so getting another battery that has the same code ensures capability. I have a 2012 MB Air 13 and I replaced the original with an A1496....
