Chosen Solution I bought a 2018 13” Macbook Pro 8GB/265GB TouchBar in 2018. In 2019 the TouchID stopped working and I was under warranty so got it fixed from Apple. I believe they replaced the whole logic board with battery. Now, after a few months of using the device, the display suddenly stopped working! I see the blacklight is on and a purplish screen but no graphics. If I connect it to an external monitor it works fine on the external monitor but no graphics on the built-in screen....

Chosen Solution I replaced the front and back panel to my iPod. I took it apart and put it back together as carefully as I took it apart. But nothing happens it wiil not turn on. As it doesn’t turn on, i would suggest to check the battery connector. The cable has to be seated properly and the brown clip has to be pushed down.

Chosen Solution My phone turns off by itself any time of the day. Sometimes it starts using the power button. Otherwise, I have to plug into the charger to start. Also, note that phones battery is fine because that is already charged when I plug in. I think it has some hardware issue. Any help will be highly appreciated. If it doesn’t then there may be a problem with the backlight power supply on the motherboard, the backlight cable connection either on the motherboard or on the backlight in the screen assembly, the backlight cable itself (may be damaged where it passes through the hinge area between the lid and the case) or the backlight - example only in the screen assembly....

Chosen Solution When i call to someone from my iphone screen get black and stop screen working but if it is on speaker or headphone so its works as normal. iPhones are designed in this way. They have a proximity sensor on the screen and when pushed near the ear the screen will turn off. This saves the battery. Or does the screen go black when not near your ear? If it does this could mean the sensor is dirty, try giving the screen a good clean especially at the top near the sensor....

(assuming the log in is a windows log in screen) you could try a few things as i see it. try to boot into windows safe mode to disable all programs other than windows itself....
