Chosen Solution
After noticing the iMessage/Siri mic doesn’t pick up my voice very well (it does work, but it’s unaligned) I have attempted to locate and align it properly, but I’m not 100% sure what the earpiece mic looks like or the hole it’s supposed to be aligned with.
Found it! Didn’t see it because it was still stuck via adhesive to the speaker mesh part.
