I need to know where the drive of the iPod touch is. Is the memory on the logic board ??

An iPod touch isn’t like a regular computer. You can’t easily remove the flash drive and memory from a Touch logic board and replace/upgrade them. If you want more power, you have to get a better Touch. If your logic board is fried, you need to order a replacement board.
