Chosen Solution
I have found the fuse box and dont know where the park lights fuse is situated. Its in Foreign language.
Is this a USDM (United States Domestic Market) CR-V? The attached image is from the 2000 CR-V owners manual. It looks like it should be fuse #12 inside the vehicle to me.
