My wipers recently went out on my Focus. I have checked voltage at the wiper motor and have DC coming in on all wires but the black/white. It’s either due to a bad wiper relay or the wiper/washer switch. I would like to check the relay before breaking into the steering column, but I cannot find it. The wires go into the distribution box, but I cannot find out where. The web has advised the relays are under the dash, but they are not.
danielelphinstone, check the fuse box under the hood. The relay is attached to it.

My wipers went out on me, as soon as I turned my car off. I would like to know, What’s the number on the fuse for my wipers. On a Ford Focus, 2007.
