Well, it turns out that Samsung isn’t responsibly handling services for the Galaxy E7. The phone launched way back in January and still customers around my region have had to wait for days to get replacement parts in Nepal & India. I, for one, broke my lcd outer screen and then sent it to the official Samsung service center. They kept the phone for weeks and suggested me to repair the entire LCD display (which obviously wasn’t needed at all as my LCD is fine and only the glass is broken). Even then, these people could get me a replacement part and instead told me to contact them after some days. I contacted them after a full month and still the parts aren’t here. While the phone is awesome, I really want to fix the glass soon and if someone from ifixit can supply me a screen I would be very glad. I have the means to pay internationally as well and so if someone has it, just let me know.
I have seen some replacement screens on ebay for sale if that helps at all. If you have trouble finding it on the site, I don’t mind sending some links if you need them.
Am a service engineer @ samsung. Phones like E700 doesnt have seperate parts like display or touch, it comes as one part called OCTA unit. Parts are readily available at our stores. So kindly visit any authorised servie centers for repair.

Hi, I too have same problem like, outer glass was broken but touch is working. I have got outer glass for E7 in ebay. Have you find any expert who will replace only outer glass. Our stores means could u help me to change display screen alone in Coimbatore where sevice centre was not ready to change ma screen they telling me to change whole display. What shall I do for it.
IM not getting the Samsung e7 display in any authorized Samsung stores so pls suggest me the place wr can I find tht product. I’m fed up of searching of Samsung e7 display al over Bangalore

I have broken my outer glass 2 times in 3 months. Repaired it for a good 9k twice. This time ordered the outer glass alone from e bay and got it for 400 rs. Went to a local mechanic and has advice me to repair it with a technician who has got the machine to replace glass alone. It may cost me around 2000 inr. It can be done so why not the Samsung guys…. If it’s really so than my question to samsun is that y they make so fragile display I’m e7??? Is Samsung trustworthy any more?
Omg….. .. …. Same problem here me too. I bought e7 Rs 17400. After few months the Display " brocked" but touch was work. Then I asked the Samsung service centre, they said u need to put new display. Rs 7100. I told them that touch is working. But single disply not available in market without touch. COMBO. I bought it. But after some days it’s brocked so soon na? Now I don’t the price. So plz help me. What to do its too expensive?

My Samsung Galaxy e7 broken 2 times and changed both times. Now the problem is that the display is not broken but there is no light . Screen is totally blank. What should I have to do . Samsung service centre is asking me to change the display. I can’t spend too much money on this bakwas cell phone. It’s totally junk. Never expected this kind of cell phones from Samsung. I was a big fan of Samsung. But this time my heart is totally broken like Samsung E7.
