- I have a Z-shaped wire loose which I assume goes into a hole somewhere in the back of the dial that controls the heat / AC unit and can’t fine the place to stick it in. Need to turn off the heat in the summer and switch to AC.
- I took the unit apart to find the control mechanism that changes air flow from dash vent to floor to defrost and various combinations. Can’t find that either. I’ve been told it is way up inside the dashboard but can’t reach that far. do I need to take the entire dash cover off to get to it?
