Need to replace the 2 USB/Thunderbird ports on the left side. A1990 system, where can I buy them from? Also is there a video guide for this replacement? MacBook Pro Retina 15in with Touch Bar

@silverlox The part is available on the iFixit store. The guides for replacing them aren’t written for the 15” rather the 13”, but the process should be the same, as far as I remember. Here is a link to the guide on the 2018 13” model.
