Hi, My SSI 400 14A01 Inverter is defect. Measurements indicate that the transistor BA0F2U is defect. Howevever, I found no shop where to buy this small transistor. I also found no information about it in the internet. When searching in google I find almost nothing about this transistor. Does anybody have any idea where to get such a transistor? Is there an other transistor with the same specifications which could be used instead of the BA0F2U? Thanks for any advices! Best wishes, Miroslav
