I installed a 250GB SSD in the optic drive slot. It works great,, but for some reason all my music got installed on the SSD. The iTunes media is taking up way too much space on my SSD. How do I place the iTunes media on my original internal 1 TB hard drive? Will iTunes access the iTunes media if it’s on my 1TB internal hard drive?
In Preferences go to the Advance tab. There you can change the location. I would suggest you first copy your music to the new location, point iTunes to it and validate it works before deleting your music. To validate, close iTunes and rename your current iTunes music location to something else link iTunes.bak. Not clear why it would have moved your music. The default is to have your music in your home directory.
