Is it possible to tell which logic board is in this laptop WITHOUT tearing it all the way open? I don’t have apower adapter right now, and think the system board is bad according to the descrition of the problems from my neice. Looks like I have 4 options, and would like to know before tearing it apart if possible. Model A1010 thanks.
Inside the battery compartment, should be the Serial # sticker, this should also tell you which Processor(logic board), Ram, Hard drive Size, and Optical drive that shipped with your powerbook.
