Hey guys, got a pad in that wont rotate, rotate has been unlocked and all settings have been reset but the screen just will not rotate. Which part holds the orientation device on it?
Are you trying a Hard reboot : Home and power in the same time ?
I have a similar problem too, but on an iPad Air 2. It is stuck in landscape and will not rotate, even after hard rebooting the device. The customer said he already tried resetting it as well. Any idea which part needs to be replaced?
