I too have same problem, mine is 42" Web OS 3D smart TV of 2015 model. We have noticed a white cloudy round shape big dot on screen 10days ago, now it became 3 big dots on the same line in vertical alignment. When I called LG Customer Care, they are only talking about their technician visit charges irrespective of we get it repaired or not. this is very disappointing whilst most of our home electronics like Fridge, TV, AC etc..of LG brand. Hope you will quickly acknowledge my problem…positively.
MVRK RAJU going by your description alone this sounds like the diffusers are coming of the backlight LED’s. You would have to post some images of what your screen shows with your QUESTION. Adding images to an existing question If so, you will have to disassemble your panel and either replace the backlight strips or try to glue the diffuser caps back on.
