Chosen Solution
Hi all, Have yet to get through to LG support. So wanted to see if you guys had any idea what is causing this problem. The TV is a brand new LG LED UHD TV (LG 43UH603V-ZE) - did not look damaged in transit or anything. There is a line of the dots top left and then on the right there is a dot group of them. Image below:

Any help would be great - I’m intending to just get it repaired under warranty hopefully! Ted
@pushdelicious those look like pressure marks. Since it is a new TV do not even mess with it. Have it replaced under warranty.
