Hi all: I have a 65” Sony Bravia Oled tv . When I stream things I some time get random thin white horizontal lines showing . Nothing on the menu screens etc just while streaming . Also lines go away after a power cycle. Any ideas how to resolve most appreciated! Update (03/26/2020) Video posted here

Sony XBR65A1E 65-Inch 4K Ultra HD Smart Bravia OLED TV (2017 Model) Source is WiFi from Verizon router 2.4mhz I did try a usb input and had no issues Cycling the power works to resolve the lines temporarily, turning off the WiFi and back on does not solve the problem Tv has latest firmware May need to try usb or HDMI connection just to be 100% sure it’s a streaming issue . The menu operation has no issues I have added a video to show the issue
@Raakesh Parmar , Trying HDMI would help to prove it is a WiFi problem only or not so give it a try. Don’t know Verizon but it’s a wireless company rather than a physical cable company is that correct? If so, does the router give an indication of the signal strength of the 3G/LTE? signal coming into the router, e.g. 5 bar signal icon like on a mobile phone? If so how many bars are being shown? The stronger the signal the less prone it is to interference which can affect the signal and possibly produce unwanted effects. Does the router have the latest firmware installed? Try selecting a different WiFi channel in the router and see if that resolves the problem. Usually most 2.4GHz routers are factory set to CH1 or 6 or 11 and if there are other WiFi networks around the area that using the same channel and their signal is strong enough it can create interference. Check the router’s user manual or go into the router’s UI to alter the channel that is being used by the router, to a “less used” channel if your router is set to one of the above. Use a WiFi analyser program - examples only to find out which channels are being used in your area by other networks and then choose one that has the least or no appearances in the program or just take a guess and pick one that is not shown above
