I replaced my screen on my iPad. Now it has a white screen only. Still haven’t glued my screen down till I fix it but need help. What’s wrong with my iPad. Why is it a white screen only but makes sounds and everything?
Was the digitizer glass changed or was the LCD display changed? Note that the LCD Display from a Mini 1 is not compatible with the Mini 2 and vice versa. If the display was replaced you can compare both displays old and new replacement side by side you’ll notice that the replacement screen either has a smaller or bigger rectangle metal covers at the bottom area of the screen.
