Hi Shawn, It’s hard to say exactly what’s going on with your phone without seeing what the screen looks like, but so far from your description it sounds most like you will need to replace the LCD display. If you do end up having to replace the screen, generally there are two ways to do it. You can replace just the LCD or you can buy one with the frame preattached to it.
