I can’t block a number in my device …. The block cell or call instruction is not imthe phone app

Tap “Apps” on the home screen. Open “Contacts” Go to the “All Contacts” tab. Select the contact you want to block. Tap “Edit” > “Menu” and enable “All calls to voicemail”
