My 93 Honda Shadow VT 1100 has sat for over a year I started her up it ran pretty good now it’s backfiring really badly and running shity at lower speeds
I suspect your carburetor float valve is sticking. Ethanol gas is hygroscopic and causes severe corrosion as a result when it sits for periods longer than a month or two.
