I’m trying to restore my iPhone 11 and the progress bar gets to about 80% and then on the Mac it says “could not be restored. An unknown error occurred (3014). 1303.ffff”and won’t finish. I have tried restoring probably 15 times and it’s been the same. What do I need to do?
The error is telling you that the phone cannot connect to the apple server needed for the update or restore. Make sure: · ITunes is up to date. · Computer has the right time and date. · Computer software is up to date. · Computer firewall is not stopping the connection.
