When I am on the tablet I am unable to hit send, backspace, the keyboard just hits the key on it left. For example if I were to try to send I would press the send button it would hit the l key, if I hit the backspace button it would hit the p key. It shows me that it is not clicking what i want it to even though I am pressing what I am needing
First and Foremost,if you haven’t already,try restarting the tablet. This can resolve temporary glitches. If this doesn’t work… If this happens with every app,and not just when trying to send messages,it’s very likely a digitizer(touch screen) problem. The only way to rule it out is try to reset all settings,and if that fails,you can erase and setup the tablet as new. This can fix software bugs. If this doesn’t work,it’s probably hardware related(probably the screen).
