Downloaded and online videos and programmes keep buffering
So are you saying that it buffers even downloaded videos that are stored on your device or is it buffering when watching online / streamed videos from YouTube or something? because it’s probably your internet not being fast enough to keep up with playing streamed videos over the internet.
