My device is taking pictures and shooting videos, but I can’t seem to get them to look just right. I’ve been satisfied with the quality that this camera shoots, but I just need to know how to get that quality back!
Check the lens and makes sure that the lens is wiped clean with a soft lint free cloth. If that does not fix the issue, then refer to the replacement guide on lens replacement.
