Hi friends , I really need help. My MBP 2017 was perfectly functional until I did a SMC, and a NVRAM  reset. And suddenly all the ports stopped working, I can’t charge it and it can’t detect any devices I connect (usb…).

Bingo! You hit one of the Monterey bugs! Apple fixes bug that caused macOS Monterey update to brick some Apple T2 Macs I realize this is likely what you found How to fix Monterey problems. Apple as of late has had issues with the newer macOS’s which are designed to support both Intel and Apple chips.

IF « you have an Intel based system I strongly recommend you stick with the older macOS’s until Apple has released one or better yet two fixes. Zero or Beta releases are always iffy! In some cases wiping the drive fully is the better approach (what was needed if you went from High Sierra to Mojave as Apple altered APFS. At this point you need to visit an Apple Store so they can reset your OS via DFU mode.
