Why Are The Two Times On My Tablet Different Upper Right Corner And Samsung Android Tablet

The time on main home screen is not the same as the one in upper right corner. How do I get them to same the same time?

Check in the settings on the home screen widget and see if the time zone has been set incorrectly.Also check settings->system->date&time and see what time zone you have set there.Correct whichever is needed.
