Why are there 2 green and 2 blue lines going down my new 50in sceptre tv
Hi, There may be a problem with the connections to the display panel or perhaps a board problem. Since it is new it should be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Check the user manual about how to contact the manufacturer regarding a warranty repair or replacement. Do not attempt to open the TV to see what is wrong as most probably doing this will void the warranty
