So I dropped my phone a couple weeks ago and it was fine and alright. Monday I dropped it again and top bit of the iPhone came of showing the inside of the phone. It was still working then. Later on today I just turned my phone on and red and blue lines came on my phone! A big black dot was covering almost the WHOLE PHONE! I don’t know what to do and I need my phone because I’ve got all my contacts on there and if I come home alone from school I won’t be able to call my mum dad or guardian. Please answer me!!
It sounds to me like the LCD is broken. It is possible to break it without cracking the glass. You can either replace the screen or take it to a repair company or someone who does repair in your area, and have them replace it. You shouldn’t lose any contacts.
As was said before, you have a damaged LCD. The black spot is what some people call an LCD bleed. The red and blue lines are from the drop damage as well. A new screen assembly replacement and you should be back up and running in no time.
I recently dropped my phone (6) and it’s been fine. Suddenly about an inch of the left hand side is all black with blue red and green lines. only whilst writing this now did i pick up my phone and take a look only to realize that if a white/bright background is behind it, more lines appear. Any help?

my phone been cracked but it had worked perfectly fine.. so months past and outta nowhere when i woke up to get on my phone like always i said all these lines then i was scared to show anybody so i hid my phone at times but when i checked on my phone again it had these HUGE BLACK DOTS on my phone and it would start going to other stuff and calling people outta nowhere and i just started crying because i dont kno if imma get another iphone … so then all my family members found out and they was in shocked till this day my phone is still the same im on my computer . but if you guys kno how i can get it fixed or something can you lmk ;( my birthday is dec12 and i need a phone..
