Recently my Xbox one S started to show small red dots on different spots. At first I thought it was my TV but after plugging my Xbox to a different TV it still had red dots. Then I changed the HDMI cable I was using but it still had red dots. I need to know what’s wrong and what I can do to fix it.
What could have happened is, you left your console on for too long. As a result you could have overheated the gpu, in return giving you the red dots. I can’t think of anything else that could be the source, but one solution might be to replace the gpu on the motherboard which can be difficult for a beginner.
