Chosen Solution
While playing on the Xbox One, the joysticks on one of the controllers are unresponsive, and get stuck sometimes. On the other controller, the joystick tends to drift out of place.
If your Xbox One Wireless Controller has a malfunctioning thumbstick and you cannot properly navigate around your Xbox One, see the Xbox One Wireless Controller Has Malfunctioning Thumbsticks problem page for possible problems and solutions. If your joystick gets stuck while playing, try checking the controller for dirt or residue that is preventing the joystick from moving. Check out the Xbox One Wireless Controller troubleshooting page at Xbox One Wireless Controller Troubleshooting for more information. Have you tried taking the remote apart and cleaning it?
smash your controller then you have no more joystick problems
If the joystick have drift problems, then it’s best to unsolder the joystick analog and attach a new one on.
