When the earphones are connected to the charger the usual white light switches on and stays like that for 2 seconds and then disappears again. This happens every time I plug it in. The usual light disappears after 2-3 seconds.
Try reseting them. Power off your earphones.Press and hold the power button for more than 5 seconds.The light will blink and then you’ll be notified.Pair it with any new device.
