When I call people, they can’t hear me but I can differently hear them. When I record my voice or a video, you can everything going on, but not on call. Phone: J7 Prime … closet to my phone in picture.
Check first activate on phone when caling handsfree/loundspeaker output or connect headphone with microphone…. also you can try clean microphone hole, maybe is inside some dirty
