What do I do if I can hear the xbox ding but the symbol won’t light up & xbox won’t turn on
I have seen this before. It could be one or many things. Start by checking all parts involved in powering the console on such a the external power adapter, and the power adapter wall cable. Things may just need to be reset and freed of any voltage hangs. To do this unplug everything from the console and the wall and let it set for 30 minutes before trying to power it on again. Is it plugged into a surge protector? Try it plugged directly into the wall outlet. Chances are though the internal hardware of the Xbox ONE are why you have a no power problem. Spam
